Across Minnesota, the need for community-based solutions to housing instability and healthcare access is growing. As public resources shrink and community programs struggle to meet rising needs, more people are finding it difficult to stay housed and connected to essential care.
Minnesota Dignity Collaborative (MDC) was created to meet this moment. We’re building a network of volunteers, advocates, and community partners who believe that everyone deserves dignity, stability, and support.
Through our flagship program, the Pathway to Home Initiative, we train and support volunteers accross Minnesota to walk beside our neighbors experiencing housing instability and homelessness. Volunteer PTH navigators offer connection to resources, guidance, empathy, and encouragement. Together, we’re creating pathways not just to housing, but to connection and belonging.
